It is learned that Directorate is considering to upgrade the Grade Pay of IP and ASP, to which the AIAIASP has consented to. As you all know, the Pay scales of LSG and IP were same upto 4th Pay commission, but after implimentation of 5th Pay Commission recommendations AIAIASP was successful in modifying the recommended Pay Scales of IP and ASP with their methodical negotiation and proper approach in which our associations failed. Rather subsequently our members have different conforntational views. Some of our leaders failed to raise to the occassion and confused themselves in terms like TBOP, BCR, LSG, HSG etc which till date exists. Result of all these reflected in the 6th Pay Commission recommendations and its successive modifications.
It is therefore the right time to think about our future, for which our united constructive effort is utmost required. We should explore a proper platform to put our justful and genuine views with the authority at the highest level.
